Ingredients

  • 1 16 oz. (12 count) package ready-to-bake refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough
  • 1 7 oz. jar marshmallow crème
  • ½ cup smooth peanut butter
  • 3 tbsp softened butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • ½ cup graham cracker crumbs

 Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and spray a regular-size muffin tin with cooking spray.
  2. Separate the cookie dough squares. Using two squares per muffin cup, mold the squares so that they work up the sides of the cup, forming a platform for the remaining ingredients to sit in later.
  3. Bake the squares for about 10 minutes, until lightly browned and set. Then set aside to cool.
  4. In the bowl of a stand mixer, beat the butter until creamy. Then add the peanut butter and beat for another two minutes or so, until the ingredients are well combined.
  5. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla and beat until combined.
  6. Fold in half the marshmallow cream.
  7. Add the filling to each cooled cookie, then top with the remaining marshmallow cream. Sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs.
